<p>POTENTIAL Facility Maintenance School year 2025-2026</p> <p>POSITION:</p> <p>Facility Maintenance</p> <p>LOCATION:</p> <p>Western Reserve Local Schools</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in building and grounds operations. </li><li>Familiarity with computers and software relating to Google Suite for education, email communication, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory. </li><li>Physical fitness to complete job requirements. </li><li>Ability to read chemical labels. </li><li>Ability Read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for proper equipment operation </li><li>Ability to perform the maintenance tasks of inspection, monitoring, repair/replacement, reinstallation and testing of the facility equipment/systems </li><li>Desire to work as part of a team and have good work habits </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills </li><li>Proficient in the use of hand tools, hand-held power tools, and precision measurement tools </li><li>Two-to-Four-year Technical Degree preferred </li><li>Three to Five years' experience working with facility and utilities' equipment preferred </li><li>Consistent outstanding performance level in safety, work ethic, and professionalism </li><li>Attention to detail, with demonstrated ability in problem solving </li><li>Mechanical and Electrical aptitude </li><li>Ability to read material safety data sheets (MSDS). </li><li>Ability to initiate and complete work orders. </li><li>Cleans and maintains components of all boilers, furnaces, HVAC units and other major equipment including motors, filters and other integral parts. </li><li>Have a valid driver's license, be able to drive, and qualify under the district's insurance carrier when driving a district vehicle </li></ul> <p>SALARY:</p> <p>In accordance with the adopted salary schedule.</p> <p>CONTACT:</p> <p>Dallas Saunders, Superintendent</p> <p>Western Reserve Local School District</p> <p>330-547-4100</p> <p>dasaunders@wrls.k12.oh.us</p>
