<p>Shift: Fri - Mon 7PM-5:30AM</p> <p>Salary; $22.00 + Shift Differential $2.00</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs </li><li>Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed </li><li>Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed </li><li>Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work </li><li>Assist LTO's with daily issues </li><li>Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best </li></ul> <p>practices are being followed</p> <ul> <li>Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance </li></ul> <p>when observed.</p> <ul> <li>Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>#LI-DNP</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related </li></ul> <p>experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments. </li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.). </li><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment </li></ul> <p>(e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety</p> <p>policies.</p>
