This role is responsible for building scalable, compliant, and client-centric tax reporting solutions that meet complex regulatory requirements while delivering an exceptional user experience.</p> <p>You will sit at the intersection of tax regulation, technology, data, and customer experience-translating evolving global tax requirements into innovative digital solutions. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep domain knowledge in tax reporting and strong product management expertise in fintech or financial services.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Product Strategy & Vision</p> <ul> <li>Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for tax reporting solutions. </li><li>Identify market opportunities, regulatory changes, and client needs to shape product direction. </li><li>Drive innovation in automation, data accuracy, scalability, and reporting transparency. </li><li>Position the company as a market leader in digital tax reporting solutions. </li></ul> <p>Regulatory & Domain Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and interpret evolving global tax regulations (e.g., FATCA, CRS, 1099, DAC6/7/8, CGT reporting, digital asset reporting). </li><li>Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and scalable system features. </li><li>Ensure products maintain full compliance across jurisdictions. </li><li>Serve as internal subject matter expert on tax reporting regulations and trends. </li></ul> <p>Product Development & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, testing, launch, and iteration. </li><li>Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Compliance, Operations, and Design teams. </li><li>Define detailed product requirements and user stories. </li><li>Drive Agile product development practices and ensure timely delivery against roadmap. </li><li>Establish KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and client satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Client & Market Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Engage with clients to understand tax reporting pain points and evolving needs. </li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies. </li><li>Represent the product in client meetings, industry forums, and regulatory discussions. </li><li>Gather feedback and incorporate insights into product enhancements </li></ul> <p>Data & Technology Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Oversee product architecture related to tax data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting. </li><li>Champion automation, API integrations, and scalable data frameworks. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy, auditability, and traceability within all reporting outputs. </li><li>Promote secure-by-design and privacy-first product principles. </li></ul> <p>Commercial & Business Ownership</p> <ul> <li>Own product P&L or commercial performance metrics (where applicable). </li><li>Develop pricing strategies and packaging in collaboration with commercial teams. </li><li>Monitor competitive landscape and drive differentiation strategies. </li><li>Support revenue growth and client retention through continuous product enhancement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred). </li><li>8-12+ years of experience in product management within fintech, financial services, or tax technology. </li><li>Expertise in tax reporting regimes and compliance frameworks preferred </li><li>Proven track record of launching and scaling complex regulatory, compliance or data-driven products. </li><li>Strong understanding of financial data systems, APIs, cloud-based platforms, and SaaS models. </li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. </li><li>Ability to bridge regulatory complexity with technical execution. </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $220,000 - $240,000.</p> <p>Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.</p> <p>Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible</p> <p>Benefits Information: Please visit www.broadridgebenefits.com for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings. for this role.</p> <p>All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.</p> <p>Apply by clicking the application link and submitting your information.
