The individual will assist federal clients in developing solicitation packages and supporting end-to-end acquisition activities including planning, coordination, and documentation. Must be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.</p> <p>What You Will Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Assist federal clients in developing and maintaining complete and accurate solicitation packages </li><li>Support acquisition lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and submission coordination </li><li>Develop and track acquisition artifacts such as PWS, IGCE, acquisition plans, market research summaries, and justification documents </li><li>Maintain acquisition documentation in SharePoint and ServiceNow, ensuring completeness and version control </li><li>Coordinate with CORs, program stakeholders, and contracting personnel to support timely acquisition execution </li><li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and PIV renewals in accordance with established procedures </li><li>Recommend process improvements to enhance acquisition documentation and workflow efficiency </li></ul> <p>What We Need From You (Required):</p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizenship is required (NO EXCEPTIONS) </li><li>A minimum of seven (7+) years of experience supporting federal acquisition and procurement activities </li><li>Demonstrated experience developing solicitation packages and associated acquisition documentation (e.g., IGCE, PWS, acquisition plans, market research) </li><li>Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, policies, and procurement lifecycle </li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ServiceNow </li></ul> <p>Work Setup:</p> <ul> <li>Washington, DC - Remote support authorized with COR and CO approval </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Clearance & Education:</p> <ul> <li>High Public Trust (Tier 4/BI); U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) </li><li>Bachelor's degree Minimum </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
