<p>Job Description:</p> <p>As part of the Kerr sales organization, the Sales Development Representative will begin their sales career in a program designed to teach the necessary skills required to be successful in an assigned territory, navigate the sales cycle, and meet or exceed set targets. As part of a team for a leading dental supplier, you will be mentored towards working with existing customers, while growing the customer base across multiple dental market segments and channels.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop an understanding of who a Kerr Sales Representative is, and what the role entails </li><li>Acquire product knowledge of core products through online, in person and in field sales training </li><li>Explore learning on more technical product information and competitive activity to gain confidence supporting sales and marketing efforts </li><li>Under the direction of the manager, begin mapping out accounts to focus on </li><li>Begin to schedule lunch and learns, in parallel to attending product foundation training </li><li>Ability to execute scheduled lunch and learn within the first 6 months. </li><li>Acquire knowledge on the consistent use of CRM to manage sales opportunities and growth within the territory </li><li>Schedule co-travel days to acquire learning required to move towards a field sales role </li><li>Support Regional Key Account Manager with pricing submissions and custom catalogs </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>0-1 years' experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar field. We will consider someone brand new to sales with a desire to begin their sales career in dental </li><li>Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record </li><li>Willing to relocate upon graduation of the SDP program to take on a Sales Representative role in an open territory </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Curious, ambitious, adaptable, and ready to learn </li><li>Capable of digesting and verbalizing technical product and clinical information. </li><li>Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize workload </li><li>Capacity to work collaboratively with the larger team </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate technical, chemical, and mechanical information simply and concisely </li><li>Ability to forge relationships with clinicians, decision makers, and dealer partners to build preference for the representative, Kerr products and the Kerr Brand </li><li>Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact for both current and future opportunities </li></ul> <p>Travel / Location Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to travel including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays up to 60% </li><li>The ideal candidate should live in Tampa or Orlando </li></ul> <p>#LI-RJ1</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>IND123</p> <p>Target Market Salary Range:</p> <p>Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
