<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic Energy Project Manager to lead capital and expense projects focused on improving energy efficiency, managing solar energy initiatives, and reducing environmental impact across our portfolio. This role plays a key part in overseeing the project lifecycle from proposal to execution, driving operational cost savings and sustainability goals.</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end energy efficiency and renewable energy projects-including solar installations, HVAC upgrades, and energy rebate programs </li><li>Manage CAPEX and maintenance expense budgets, vendor coordination, and professional services contracts </li><li>Deliver project management excellence by defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources across cross-functional teams (Finance, Store Ops, IT, Legal) </li><li>Own the submission and reporting of utility data, project milestones, and performance evaluations to senior leadership </li><li>Develop energy savings calculations, monitor environmental metrics, and propose improvements aligned with sustainability and policy objectives </li><li>Collaborate on procurement processes including RFPs and reverse auctions </li><li>Oversee compliance with local energy regulations and company sustainability standards </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in project management </li><li>Technical fluency in electrical and mechanical systems </li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex energy data to drive actionable insights </li><li>Deep understanding of energy consumption monitoring, rebate programs, and long-term renewable energy strategies </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools </li></ul> <p>You Will Go the Extra Mile If You Have</p> <ul> <li>PMP certification or equivalent a plus </li><li>Prior experience managing solar energy projects, energy audits, or green building initiatives </li><li>Familiarity with regulatory and utility compliance reporting </li></ul>
