<p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own revenue growth within assigned accounts and territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. </li><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand market share and increase product adoption. </li><li>Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with key decision-makers. </li><li>Position NOV Digital Services by clearly communicating customer value, business impact, and return on investment. </li><li>Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships to support long-term growth. </li></ul> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Lead customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations to successfully close deals. </li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of customer operations, challenges, and digital/data management needs across drilling, completions, and production. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business objectives. </li><li>Support commercial activities including pricing, proposals, contract discussions, and deal strategy. </li><li>Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to help influence product strategy. </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and account activity. </li><li>Represent NOV Digital Services at industry events such as SPE, IADC, and AADE to build relationships and generate new business opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Education and Qualification</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred. </li><li>Experience selling to operators and drilling contractors. </li><li>Digital background with the ability to position data-driven solutions. </li><li>DaaS, SaaS, or PaaS sales experience strongly preferred. </li><li>Experience selling software platforms is a plus. </li><li>Candidate must satisfy all internal driver eligibility requirements, including compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and driving record criteria </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. </li><li>Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. </li><li>Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, and commercially focused. </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment</p> <ul> <li>Offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of background and drug screenings, conducted in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. </li></ul> <p>Veterans Welcome</p> <ul> <li>At NOV Digital Services, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
