Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>The Maintenance Mechanic works with various departments across the manufacturing environment to plan, schedule, and perform mechanical equipment maintenance, reducing delays, costs, and breakdowns.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. </li><li>Maintains all tools and work areas in an orderly fashion. </li><li>Interprets mechanical prints, drawings, and technical data to conduct maintenance of machinery. </li><li>Assists engineering and production departments in the development and execution of ideas to improve products, machinery, and methods. </li><li>Responsible for timely communicating and coordinating plant machinery needs and requirements with supervisory personnel. </li><li>Provides input on preventive/predictive maintenance programs. </li><li>Assist electricians and engineers on routine tasks as needed. </li><li>Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
