<p>Job Description</p> <p>The NMN Senior Manager of Ad Sales leads a team of Account Executives responsible for driving advertising revenue and strategic growth across Nordstrom Media Network's (NMN) brand partner portfolio. This role combines people leadership with deep retail media expertise to guide the development and execution of full-funnel media strategies. The Senior Manager is accountable for team performance, brand partner satisfaction, and cross-functional alignment with Buying, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations.
