<p>The C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc is seeking a methodical and strategic grants manager to work with our organization in enhancing funding models, identifying new sources of funding, and developing sustainable and effective grants programs.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and assist with the organization's grant application process and reporting requirements. </li><li>Determine and create plans to streamline the grants administration process. </li><li>Conduct pertinent research, seek funding opportunities, and assess the outcomes. </li><li>Directly participate in grant writing by working with project coordinators and/or grant writers. </li><li>Investigate reputable funding opportunities and share with supervisor. </li><li>Ensure the grants are used for the organization's operational and financial requirements. </li><li>Inform the appropriate staff of approaching due dates and deliverables to ensure that tasks are completed on time. </li><li>Monitor the performance of other grant-related personnel, including project coordinators and administrators. </li><li>Monitor the invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative tasks to guarantee the process is carried out successfully. </li><li>Assist with preparing financial reports, budget plans, and allocation reports in collaboration with the Finance department. </li><li>Make suggestions for cost reduction and cost control for various grants after analyzing budget patterns. </li><li>Report in-depth information about the organization's development progress to the appointed supervisor. </li><li>Keep track of the documentation and other supporting materials for grant-funded projects. </li><li>Keep track of all receipts and payments and provide reports as instructed for all grant-related activity. </li><li>Train the incoming and terminated grant-funded employees to ensure proper allocations across grants. </li><li>Track deliverables of grant-funded projects and report progress to appointed supervisor. </li><li>Maintain grants database and generate reports as requested. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>BS in Business Administration or any related equivalent </li><li>Outstanding project management abilities and practical management and supervision expertise in administrative projects </li><li>Methodical and strategic thinking </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>Project management skills </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Budgeting and accounting experience </li><li>Computer literacy </li><li>Knowledge of auditing policies </li><li>Knowledge of donor agencies </li><li>Strong writing skills </li><li>3-5 years of grants management experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Our organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
