You will play a critical role in team development, sales execution, safety, and culture. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based business.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Leadership & Team Development</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across frontline and leadership roles </li><li>Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations </li><li>Foster a positive, high-energy culture aligned with our H.U.N.K.S. core values </li></ul> <p>Operations & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily operations to ensure job readiness, routing efficiency, and excellent client experience </li><li>Manage fleet maintenance, equipment, supplies, and inventory </li><li>Drive compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements </li></ul> <p>Sales & Customer Experience</p> <ul> <li>Ensure high conversion rates on inbound estimates and outbound sales follow-up </li><li>Oversee delivery of white-glove customer service on every job </li><li>Lead by example in handling high-priority clients and complex jobs </li></ul> <p>Financial Management</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the P&L, including revenue targets, COGS, labor, and overhead </li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies to maximize profitability </li><li>Forecast staffing needs and schedule effectively to match demand </li></ul> <p>Growth & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to grow local brand awareness and lead flow </li><li>Identify and pursue B2B and referral opportunities </li><li>Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or service-based industries </li><li>Proven success in managing teams and driving performance </li><li>Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management </li><li>Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills </li><li>High level of personal accountability and professionalism </li><li>College degree preferred but not required </li></ul>
