<p>Mountain Community Health Partnership is seeking a full time Patient Services Representative. The position requires a courteous professional who is oriented in customer service needs. Patient Services Representative may be asked to work at any MCHP facility, based on need.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Checking patients in and out. </li><li>Scanning supportive documents. </li><li>Answering the telephone in a pleasant and informative manner. </li><li>Collecting appropriate paperwork and patient information. </li><li>Faxing patient information to outside entities. </li><li>Setting up appointments. </li><li>Verifying insurance coverage and collecting monies due. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>1 year of medical office experience, preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of basic phone etiquette. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Ability to understand medical terminology. </li><li>Ability to effectively communication with Hispanic speaking patients, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Employer Paid Health Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance; Group and Voluntary </li><li>Paid Time Off </li></ul>
