The team partners with business users across functions and regional offices to customize and implement solutions.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <p>As an Enterprise Applications leader, you will collaborate closely with innovation counterparts and stakeholders in Human Resources and Finance to identify opportunities for automation and process re-design. Specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Drive strategic solutions including custom builds and vendor products, leveraging a suite of tools across HR and Finance teams including Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Procurement and Vendor Accounting Operations. </li><li>Lead operational excellence initiatives and support for Workday, Box, and Salesforce. </li><li>Identify process enhancements, opportunities to establish and leverage strategic platforms, deploy new value-add features, and drive cost-effective support mechanisms. </li></ul> <p>What's required</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Workday Human Capital and Financial Management platforms </li><li>Experience working with automation tools/products such as Alteryx and Appian </li><li>Experience with ERP products such as Adaptive Insights and Anaplan </li><li>Demonstrated ability to partner with the Human Resources and Finance stakeholders to create program level roadmaps / strategy </li><li>Experience with and ability to implement best practices around buy versus build assessment, SDLC, quality assurance, and production support </li><li>Experience managing a global team </li><li>Hands-on experience optimizing and automating HR and Finance processes </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills </li><li>Experience working with relational databases and data integration tools </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Commitment to the highest ethical standards </li></ul> <p>WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE</p> <p>We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
