Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY: To protect life and property and perform tasks with limited Supervision.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Graduate or Equivalent, NYS Security Certification, NYS Drivers License.</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.</p> <p>Licensure/Registration/Certification: NYS Security Guard License (at a minimum, must have completed the 8 hour training course and submitted application for license), NYS Drivers License.</p> <p>Work Experience: Law Enforcement or Security Background.</p> <p>Physical & Other Factors: Three hours sedentary per day. Stands, walks, bends, lifts, assists with morgue detail, and restrains patients during 1x1. Work & Environmental Conditions: Work in and outside hospital. Work outdoors during inclement weather.
