<p>Overview</p> <p>Do MORE with your career. Join BCI as a Managing Technician (MT) to provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the direction of a Behavior Analyst. Managing Technician's deliver protocol modification using best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and also support the professional development of other technicians by providing clinical and professional feedback.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients </li><li>Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance </li><li>Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed </li><li>Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability </li><li>Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings </li><li>Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies </li><li>Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly </li><li>Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten </li><li>Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree </li><li>Minimum of 2,000 hours of ABA experience and/or enrollment in Master's Degree program for ABA or related field </li><li>Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment with protocol modification </li><li>BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification </li><li>Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis </li><li>Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position </li><li>Demonstrated ability to train others </li><li>Strong communication and writing skills </li><li>BCaBA preferred, not required </li><li>Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required </li></ul> <p>What We Offer You:</p> <ul> <li>BCI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health, dental, and disability insurance </li><li>Dependent Care Flexible Spending </li><li>401k </li><li>Flexible schedules </li><li>Amazing growth opportunities within the company </li></ul> <p>Check out BCI online at www.bciaba.org and like us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/BehavioralConcepts</p> <p>BCI/LEARN Behavioral is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
