Competitive salary commensurate with relevant experience.</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support the day-to-day operations of the Professional Development and Urban Outreach offices. The successful candidate will be a vital manager in admissions processing, enrollment tracking, commencement activities, and managing programmatic logistics.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support/Manage admissions processing activities, including application tracking, data entry, and file maintenance </li><li>Maintain accurate enrollment records and assist with reporting and data reconciliation </li><li>Coordinate logistical support for program activities, events, and commencement-related initiatives </li><li>Assist with scheduling, communications, and preparation of program materials </li><li>Serve as an administrative point of contact for students, staff, and internal partners </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program operations and shared goals </li><li>Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience with enrollment tracking, data management, or student information system (preferred) </li><li>Experience supporting events, commencements, orientations, or program logistics (preferred) </li><li>Prior experience in higher education, student services, admissions, or program administration (preferred) </li><li>High proficiency with standard office technology and systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRMs) </li></ul> <p>Closing Statement</p> <p>Boston College conducts pre-employment background checks as part of the hiring process.</p> <p>Boston College is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected category, including disability and protected veteran status.
