Interns spend at least 50 percent of their time on predetermined projects that enhance college-level skills and abilities. The co-curricular components of the program ensure competitive, reputable, and inclusive experiential learning. The BMV team works throughout the state of Indiana and is dedicated to fostering an environment where we:</p> <ul> <li>Invest in our employees </li><li>Engage our customers </li><li>Provide sustainable systems </li><li>Embrace product innovation </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>The hourly wage for this position traditionally starts at $16.24 per hour for current undergraduate students and $17.24 per hour for those with an earned bachelor's degree.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>The essential functions of this role are:</p> <ul> <li>Develop information security standards for protection of information systems and large/small-scale operating systems. </li><li>Recommend appropriate security safeguards to be included during development of new information technology systems and legacy systems. </li><li>Perform periodic audits to assure security policies and standards are being followed, develop recommendations for enhancements, and generate reports where necessary. </li><li>Keep current on new laws and changes affecting privacy standards, physical security, and logical, remote terminal, and network security. </li><li>Audit data partner Service Organization Control documents for compliance. </li><li>Maintain role-based access catalog for all user levels. </li><li>Process onboarding and offboarding requests using Computer Account Administration and Alemba Service Management tools. </li></ul> <p>The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
