<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>About the Role & Team</p> <p>As part of the Sales Operations Team at Disney Vacation Club, the Communications Coordinator creates content that supports our goals and Sales programs while engaging internal audiences.</p> <p>You will report to the Communication & Integration Manager.</p> <p>This is a Full-Time role.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support, develop, and produce high-quality communication materials for multiple sales channels</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Standard Operating Guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Support Leadership by building presentations for internal use</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain confidential information with all levels of Cast, including Executives</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the Production for live event support</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships with partners to communicate information related to policies, procedures, and new projects</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>A minimum of 2 years in a communications field with demonstrated Coordinator and project management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing communication for internal audiences</p> </li><li> <p>Graphic production and editing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of AP Style, grammar, and punctuation</p> </li><li> <p>Awareness of all updates and enhancements to applicable systems including SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar systems</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule availability to include weekends, variable shifts and holidays</p> </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or Equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Communications and/or Marketing or related field preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
