We are looking for a passionate, talented, and resourceful Senior Applied Scientist in the field of Personalization and Recommender Systems to invent and build scalable solutions for more engaging and customized ads for brands of all sizes across the marketing funnel.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities</p> <p>The scientist will lead research and development for streaming TV dynamic creative optimization and content personalization to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and advertising performance. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
