The Sr. Learning Project Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive management of functional projects across the organization. Under general direction, you will drive the creation and implementation of innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives and enhance employee performance and engagement. Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!</p> <p>Location: Hybrid in Plymouth, MN</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget </li><li>Develop and execute a strategic plan for initiatives that support the organization's long-term goals </li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to identify the functional needs and ensure project alignment with organizational priorities </li><li>Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure project success </li><li>Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution to keep projects on track </li><li>Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure all project solutions meet high standards of excellence and effectiveness </li><li>Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of functional initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement </li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and incorporate innovative approaches and technologies into the organization's functional strategy </li><li>Mentor and develop project manager peers and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth </li><li>Travel up to 15% </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you:</p> <ul> <li>Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more </li><li>The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth </li><li>The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>7+ years related experience </li><li>4+ years people leadership experience </li><li>Exceptional leadership and team management skills. </li><li>Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels </li><li>Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools </li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree with focus/concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or Education </li><li>Master's degree </li><li>Change management and communications experience </li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or similar certification is highly desirable </li><li>Deep understanding of related functional principles </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs </li></ul> <p>Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements</p> <ul> <li>Multiple Medical insurance plan options + Dental and Vision insurance </li><li>401K retirement plan with employer contributions matching 100% of the first 3% an employee contributes and 50% on the next 2% of employee contributions </li><li>Company provided life insurance + optional employee paid voluntary life insurance, dependent life coverage and voluntary accident coverage </li><li>Short term and long term disability </li><li>120 hours (3 weeks) Paid Time Off for new employees + 11 company paid holidays </li><li>40 hours paid sick time </li><li>Paid Parental Leave and Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service </li></ul> <p>The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $148,800 plus up to 10% bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
