<p>Administrative Duties</p> <ul> <li>Integrates department's services with the agency's primary functions </li><li>Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services and reviews at least annually </li><li>Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide services </li><li>Determines qualifications and competence of personnel who provide services </li><li>Assesses and improves department's performance continually </li><li>Maintains appropriate quality control programs </li><li>Recommends space and other resources for needed services </li><li>Participates in selecting outside sources for needed services </li><li>Achieves predetermined departmental objectives </li><li>Stays abreast of changes in specialty area, e.g., changes in regulations, funding methods and sources, etc. </li><li>Ensures compliance with appropriate laws, licensing regulations and other external requirements </li><li>Works with board members/committees as assigned by President/CEO </li></ul> <p>High School education or equivalent</p> <p>Four years supervisory experience</p> <p>Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable to insurance carrier</p> <p>Two years of construction site experience or equivalent</p> <p>Have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.</p> <p>Ability to manage projects</p>
