you will Consult with Elevity management and senior level consulting engineers on technology solution decisions and provide applicable recommendationsSupport diverse technology environments to include the server workstation and general IT infrastructure needs of clientsSupport standard and industry focused software applicationsWork out of Elevity Support Queues both Remotely and Onsite to resolve client technical issuesGenerate detailed network and technical documentationProvide responsive professional and highly personable supportPerform internal and client facing administrative tasks experience or 1 3 years of IT consulting experience server workstation and network supportExperience with server and desktop hardwareExperience with Microsoft server and desktop operating systemsExperience with Active Directory User Administrations DNS Administration DHCP Administrations Group Policy AdministrationsExperience with antivirus anti spam and backup software solutionsKnowledge of switching and routing technologiesBasic Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and AzureAbility to thrive in a team oriented environment and work seamlessly with other engineers and
