This is a vital link in terms of revenue, reputation and success. Anyone performing in this capacity must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively communicate with the client as well as the office. Must be willing and able to train new team members in all company systems and procedures.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>Directly manage install technicians. This includes but is not limited to training employees; planning, assigning; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employee</p> <p>Quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.</p> <p>Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaints</p> <p>Able to assist techs in bidding and estimating jobs</p> <p>Ensure work is performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements as well as in adherence with company safety standards</p> <p>Pursue training and development opportunities whenever needed to improve capabilities</p> <p>Run weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews</p> <p>Education/Certification Requirements:</p> <p>EPA Certified.</p> <p>A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</p> <p>NATE Certification preferred.</p> <p>HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.</p> <p>Ability to read a map</p> <p>Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license with clean driving record</p> <p>Ability to supervise apprentices</p> <p>$25 - $35 an hour</p> <p>We sincerely thank all applicants in advance for submitting their interest in this position.</p> <p>Hiller is an EEOC employer.</p> <p>Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks.</p> <p>Apply today if you have what it takes to be a part of the industry's best team in the home service industry!</p>
