<p>Medical Assistant</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time / 40 hours</p> <p>Job Location: Integrated Health Clinic - Muskegon, MI</p> <p>Hackley Community Care (HCC) is seeking an LPN or Medical Assistant to provide clinical support services to youth and adults who suffer from chronic medical and mental health disorders. The patient population we serve at this location varies from patients with serious mental behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, chronic disease and/or substance use disorders. This person would offer clinical support services at our Integrated Health Clinic, located within HealthWest (formerly Muskegon County Community Mental Health). Our partnership with HealthWest allows us to offer primary care services, including dental services, to patients already receiving mental health services and collaboratively meet the unique health care needs of this patient population.</p> <p>The Medical Assistant functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team to support the work of the healthcare professional medical team.
