We strive to help achieve personal career goals by providing opportunities of growth and movement throughout the company.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Assists in the market research, ideation, management, and marketing of limited time offers which include personal care, household, and food or drink products.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participates in the product development process, including formula, packaging, positioning, and marketing</p> </li><li> <p>Organizes product files and launch schedules for new products</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures constant communication between the product marketing team and other departments, including international, purchasing, operations, R&D, regulatory, and creative services</p> </li><li> <p>Leads and owns product revisions, reformulations, and new product development while coordinating with the project management team and other departments, as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintains research databases</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in the creation of business plans, content for marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and market research tools</p> </li><li> <p>Accomplishes goals through ownership and accountability; explores opportunities to add value to department and company goals</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or other significant product marketing experience</p> </li><li> <p>2-4 years of product development experience</p> </li><li> <p>Some knowledge of personal care and essential oil industries preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Genuine enthusiasm for and interest in a marketing or product development career</p> </li><li> <p>Proven organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to maintain confidentiality throughout the product development process</p> </li><li> <p>Proven writing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must work well under pressure</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to juggle many projects at once</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy</p> </li></ul> <p>doTERRA International, LLC. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
