Aim to provide our customers with the most creative solutions in the market.</p> </li><li> <p>Be Responsible-Maintain an equitable relationship with our customers, employees, stakeholders and communities as we develop as a TEAM.</p> </li><li> <p>Be Relentless-Demand more from yourself and the TEAM than you think is imaginable, this will drive change and only then will we achieve our goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>#WelcomeHomeToCreativeFoam</p> <p>Major Function:</p> <p>The Quality Technician is responsible for the preparing and processing of PPAP submissions through the system and assuring customer due dates are met.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Create manufacturing and distribution PPAP submission per customer requirements and AIAG 4th/5th edition PPAP guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Continually gain knowledge of materials, manufacturing production processes and how to create acceptable submissions for each customer.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain proper filing of quality documents, and retrieval of quality documents with the company system.</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivate and maintain good working relations with CFC's employees, suppliers, and customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Track, note and retain PPAP approvals.</p> </li><li> <p>Update and resubmit PPAPs for changes, improvements, expirations or non-conformances.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform annual layout and inspections on current parts.</p> </li><li> <p>IMDS submissions for parts</p> </li><li> <p>Review and verify prints.</p> </li><li> <p>Request testing and submit samples for testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills, written and verbal</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand instructions in written and oral diagrams and drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to verify and compare numbers</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma / Technical School or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> </li><li> <p>A willingness to take classes to improve any of these skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Must be able to work Sunday- Thursday 10:30 pm to 6:30 am each week.</p>
