If you have prior extrusion or production experience and want to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Pay & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $20 - $30 per hour </li><li>Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating 2.2.3 schedule) </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Monitor extrusion machine startup and operations to maximize efficiency and meet production goals </li><li>Ensure continuous material flow to maintain product quality </li><li>Inspect output to confirm materials meet quality standards </li><li>Identify and resolve production and quality issues effectively </li><li>Maintain accurate production records and report variances </li><li>Check equipment for proper operation and notify supervision or maintenance of any malfunctions or needed repairs </li><li>Communicate with previous shifts and supervisors to exchange important process information </li><li>Follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment </li><li>Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Role</p> <p>Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
