<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Senior Artificial Intelligence Data Analyst is a hands-on analytics and data operations leader who transforms raw, granular data into actionable insights that fuel enterprise growth. Working in close partnership with our strategic AI lead and external AI partner, this role operationalizes predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities across high-impact projects. The ideal candidate blends deep analytical expertise with IT fluency to ensure data is usable, trustworthy, and tightly integrated with AI systems-delivering realistic, relevant outputs that drive decision-making.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions *</p> <p>AI Data Execution & Insight Generation</p> <ul> <li>Manage, structure, and validate datasets for AI systems, ensuring outputs are realistic, relevant, and aligned with project goals. </li><li>Extract and synthesize AI-generated insights to inform strategy, operations, and financial reporting. </li></ul> <p>Data Verification & Quality Assurance</p> <ul> <li>Establish and execute verification protocols to ensure data integrity before and after AI processing. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues and create feedback loops to continuously improve data quality and AI performance. </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration & Tool Integration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with AI and IT teams to integrate data platforms, pipelines, and APIs into AI workflows. </li><li>Communicate data insights and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Analytics Leadership & Business Impact</p> <ul> <li>Lead analytics efforts, developing dashboards and reports that surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities. </li><li>Deliver actionable insights that drive cost savings, efficiency, and strategic growth. </li><li>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
