Join a company that values craftsmanship and expertise.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Journeyman Welder</p> <ul> <li>Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols. </li><li>Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards. </li><li>Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures. </li><li>Requirements: </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding. </li><li>Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. </li><li>Must have reliable transportation. </li><li>Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed. </li></ul> <p>Work Location and Travel:</p> <ul> <li>The main office is located at 1171 Grill Road, Van Wert, OH 45981. </li><li>Travel to client and customer sites is required. </li><li>Days and hours of work may vary at times to include some evenings and weekends. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday to Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required. </li><li>This position is safety sensitive in nature, which means employees perform duties so fraught with risks of injury to self or others, or environmental injury, that even a momentary lapse of concentration or attention can have disastrous consequences. </li><li>The working environment is often in harsh elements (hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.) Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards/risks.
