Prepares and presents reports on patient safety metrics, compliance, and outcomes to leadership. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient safety interventions through data analysis and feedback. Other duties as assigned. Engages with external organizations and agencies to stay current on patient safety trends and best practices. Conducts thorough assessments of current patient safety practices and identifies areas for improvement. Utilizes data analytics to monitor patient safety trends and outcomes. Designs standardized protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in patient safety practices. Provides training and education to staff on patient safety protocols and best practices. Facilitates patient safety committees and ensures active participation and collaboration among members. Implements proactive measures to prevent patient safety incidents, including risk assessments and safety audits. Investigates and responds promptly to patient safety incidents and adverse events.
