<p>Position Objective:</p> <p>The Operations Planning CAD Designer plays a key role in supporting the field development plan and the execution of the operations schedule. This position is responsible for closely tracking critical operational milestones and providing strategic insights to ensure adherence to well design specifications, the maintenance and optimization of EQT's development plan, and essential support for well planning, permitting, and development activities across the organization.</p> <p>The Operation Planning CAD Designer I/II/III/Sr responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage, evolve, and integrate assets through the digital work environment using AutoCAD and ArcMAP. </li><li>Optimize the field development plan and ensure well design compliance. </li><li>Drive coordination between Land, Permitting & Civil, and Drilling departments for execution of the operations schedule. </li><li>Coordinate with external engineering/surveying consultants and facilitate the transfer of data related to well planning and development. </li><li>Manage and build well inventory. </li><li>Assist in business development opportunities to optimize and deliver the company's operating footprint. The role involves collaborating with senior representatives and other technical teams to support detailed analysis of current and/or future development opportunities. </li><li>Possesses strong computer skills with a solid understanding of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawing principles, and CAD/graphics. Knowledge and proficiency with computer-aided drafting (CAD) software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working understanding of GIS and proficiency with ArcMAP. </li><li>Create and maintain technical drawings for documentation and reporting. Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including well design plans and presentations for stakeholders. </li><li>Collects, reads, interprets, and uses related reference documents and drawings prepared by other disciplines, vendors, or outside sources </li></ul> <p>Required Experience and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Professional experience with Computer-Aided Design software (CAD). </li><li>Basic computer skills and practical application of software programs. </li><li>Ability to contribute in a team environment. </li><li>Effective communication skills in both oral and written form, including technical writing. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Associates or bachelor's degree preferred. If applicant does not carry one of the two previously listed degrees, they must have completed specialized courses in drafting, design, and engineering practices. They must also have a minimum of 8 years of related experience. </li><li>2+ years' experience in related field or industry. </li></ul> <p>Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.</p>
