<p>The Accounts Receivable Manager ensures the overall accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the company's billing and revenue processes. This role provides oversight of invoicing practices, supports timely and accurate month-end close and reporting, manages customer invoicing platforms, and serves as a resource through training and guidance. The position also maintains billing structures, resolves complex discrepancies, and safeguards proper revenue recognition across the organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily audit of invoices generated by branches and divisions. </li><li>Research and solve billing discrepancies. </li><li>Ongoing review, enforcement and improvement of billing practices. </li><li>Ongoing review and maintenance of billing codes. </li><li>Monthly review identifying missing revenue. </li><li>Provide training to new/existing branch billers. </li><li>Registration and maintenance of customer invoicing platforms ("AR portals") and credit card processing platform. </li><li>Assist in customer accounts maintenance. </li><li>Maintain and improve monthly closing procedures for on time AR cut-off. </li><li>Generate monthly closing reporting. </li><li>Process refunds, adjustments and credit memos. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of windows-based computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). </li><li>Previous billing experience. </li><li>High School diploma or GED. </li><li>Excellent data entry skills: accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong customer service/support and problem resolution skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task. </li><li>Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test. </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Prefer candidates with proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills. </li></ul>
