The maintenance lead will help facilitate the creation of a maintenance team for a production line at our Crawfordsville, Indiana location.</p> <p>The site will feature state-of-the-art machinery for advanced steel manufacturing, and the team will be responsible for safely maximizing equipment productivity and uptime. The team must be able to support the integration and maintenance of the new equipment so that it can be optimized by the team for production.
