<p>Overview</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Facilitates case preparation, stocks OR supplies, instruments and equipment, checks and delivers case carts to assure proper supplies are available, cleans ORs between cases, transports patient to and from surgery, lifts and positions patients, and performs second surgical scrub duties. Performs other duties as assigned.Responsibilities</p> <p>Facilitates cases.</p> <p>Stocks and maintains operating room supplies and equipment.</p> <p>Transports patients.</p> <p>Participates in quality improvement and evaluation activities.</p> <p>Participates in ongoing educational activities.</p> <p>Completes assigned goals.</p> <p>Requirements, Preferences and Experience</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Minimum: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.</p> <p>Licensure, Registration, Certification</p> <p>Minimum: BLS certification within 14 days of hire date</p> <p>Special Skills</p> <p>Minimum: Computer literacy.</p>
