<p>Starting pay: $13.00 USD</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>To make sure all guests have a pleasant and positive experience attending a show at the Eldorado. To ensure that all guest's questions are answered and to maintain a clean and respectable atmosphere for everyone involved.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May include, but is not limited to the following)</p> <ul> <li>To seat guests and make sure all problems are handled in a quick and professional manner </li><li>To ensure the safety of all guests </li><li>To make sure the showroom is presentable </li><li>To direct guests to various locations </li><li>To deal with challenging situations </li><li>Setting up and tearing down the lobby area, putting all glasses back on the bar, throwing away all garbage and bottles in lobby and selling and restocking retail </li><li>Usher non-show events sponsored by other departments or organizations </li><li>Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision </li><li>Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service </li><li>Have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests </li><li>Ability to deal with customers on a daily basis. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.
