This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the warehouse and distribution center.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Unload & Load Trucks: Assist with unloading goods from inbound trucks and loading goods onto outbound trucks in a safe and efficient manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and Sort Inventory: Sort products by category, size, and type, and place them in the appropriate storage locations in the warehouse.</p> </li><li> <p>Stacking & Palletizing: Properly stack and palletize merchandise, ensuring that products are safely secured for storage or shipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any issues to management.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain Safety Standards: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in Inventory Management: Support the team in regular stock checks and inventory audits.</p> </li><li> <p>Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and organized, removing debris and ensuring safe walking surfaces.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Team: Work alongside other warehouse staff, including material handlers, forklift operators, and supervisors, to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure operational needs are met.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform tasks that require physical stamina and movement.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience: Previous warehouse or labor experience is preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and equipment.
