Your future starts here!</p> <p>Location: 611 Sugar Creek Road Delavan, WI 53115-1337</p> <p>Pay rate: $26 - $29/hr. (Shift Premium $2.50 for second shift)</p> <p>Schedule: 3pm - 11pm</p> <p>CNC Machinist essential tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Load, edit, and simulate CNC programs using "dry-run" prior to production. </li><li>Make CNC offset adjustments to ensure accurate first-piece production. </li><li>Interpret work orders to determine correct work center, tooling, and programming. </li><li>Set up machines by installing appropriate tooling and fixtures. </li><li>Use precision measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers) to inspect parts. </li><li>Complete statistical process control (SPC) reports and document inspections. </li><li>Collaborate with engineering to support process improvements and report tooling/material issues. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of machining, setup experience </li><li>Preferred: Technical degree or relevant certification.
