If you're ready to create excellence with us, you'll be appreciated and rewarded.</p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <p>Lead and grow Horse Powertrain's commercial footprint in the United States, driving strategic customer partnerships, revenue growth, and global commercial alignment within the evolving automotive and powertrain industry.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and execute the U.S. commercial strategy aligned with global business objectives and growth targets</p> </li><li> <p>Lead business development, market penetration, and revenue pipeline creation across U.S. OEMs and Tier 1 customers</p> </li><li> <p>Act as global commercial lead for a key strategic customer, ensuring consistent account strategy, governance, and relationship management</p> </li><li> <p>Drive high-level commercial negotiations, securing profitable long-term partnerships and program acquisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong executive-level customer relationships while positioning Horse Powertrain as a strategic partner</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, finance, and operations to deliver competitive customer solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Provide market intelligence, forecasting insights, and strategic input to support portfolio, budget, and capacity planning decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Build and lead the regional sales organization as the business grows, including hiring, developing, and guiding account teams</p> </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of senior sales or commercial leadership experience in automotive, powertrain, or Tier 1 supplier environments</p> </li><li> <p>Proven success managing major OEM or Tier 1 key accounts in the U.S. automotive market</p> </li><li> <p>Strong track record in strategic negotiations, account growth, and complex commercial contract management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience operating in global matrix organizations with cross-regional stakeholder coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills at executive level</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market insights into commercial strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing environments requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal opportunities employer</p> <p>As a company, we are committed to equal opportunities, and recruit people based on their competencies and qualifications.</p> <p>Horse Powertrain Limited is a global leader in powertrain solutions.
