We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.</p> <p>Opportunity Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer Co-op to support and collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering R&D Group, which is responsible for developing our Semiconductor Test Systems. As a member of the Mechanical Engineering Group, the Mechanical Engineer Co-op will have a hand in many ongoing projects, design complex subsystems and will partner with senior engineering staff to deliver results. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the installed base of existing Semiconductor Test platforms.</p> <p>This is a spring co-op starting in January for 6 months. Five days a week onsite in North Reading, MA.</p> <p>.</p> <p>All About You</p> <p>We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least in second year of school (ideally third or fourth year), working towards a degree in Mechanical Engineering or, Electromechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited institution. </li><li>Excited about mechanical engineering and having positive attitude </li><li>Enjoys hands on approach toward engineering </li><li>Ability to quickly learn and apply new information </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks part creation, drawings, and large assemblies </li><li>Knowledge of drafting and design standards (ANSI Y14.5 GD & T) </li><li>Understanding of design for assembly and manufacturing (DFA and DFM principles) </li><li>Knowledge of measurement systems and techniques </li></ul> <p>We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.</p> <p>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> <p>#LI-JF1</p>
