This role is critical in advancing student achievement and ensuring alignment with New Jersey standards and mandates.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Valid New Jersey Administrator Certificate ( Standard or CE) and Standard Principal Certificate.</p> <p>Minimum of three (3) years of classroom teaching experience or administrative experience.</p> <p>Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development, school improvement, and instructional innovation.</p> <p>Experience planning and delivering district- level professional development</p> <p>Strong knowledge of state reporting requirements, QSAC, and New Jersey Education regulations</p> <p>Experience with data analysis to drive instructional decision-making and program evaluation</p> <p>Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills</p> <p>Successful completion of required criminal history background check</p> <p>Responsibilities: Provide district-wide leadership and supervision of instructional programs</p> <p>Assist the Superintendent in daily district operations and assume responsibility in the Superintendent's absence</p> <p>Lead curriculum development, alignment, articulation, and implementation across all schools</p> <p>Ensure alignment with New Jersey Student Learning Standards and all state/federal mandates</p> <p>Coordinate district professional development and ensure compliance with state-mandated requirements</p> <p>Oversee and ensure completion of all required state and federal reporting</p> <p>Lead QSAC preparation and ongoing compliance monitoring</p> <p>Support budget development related to curriculum, instruction materials, and instructional technology integration</p> <p>Analyze local and state assessment data to inform instructional decision -making and close achievement gaps</p> <p>Present data findings and program updates to the Superintendent and Board of Education</p> <p>Collaborate with Special Services, principals and staff to support diverse learners, including Gifted & Talented, Basic Skills, ESL, and Section 504 Programs</p> <p>Oversee program compliance and effectiveness across all instructional initiatives</p> <p>Ensure implementation of staff evaluation systems in accordance with New Jersey regulations</p> <p>Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of instructional staff</p> <p>Stay current with research and best practices and promote innovation across the district</p> <p>Salary: $150,000-$165,000</p> <p>Benefits include Health, Dental and Vision insurance</p>
