<p>Thor Motor Coach is hiring an Infrastructure Manager to join our IT Department in Wakarusa. This position will manage the IT infrastructure service and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining and operating consistent highly available systems throughout the corporation. Provide input and guidance on new software and hardware, and the implementation and support of those systems. Oversee all aspects of the TMC IT infrastructure functionality, support, and staff. Work with other IT Managers on projects and other IT related tasks. Support all business units as it pertains to IT infrastructure and the associated services.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain current systems </li><li>Supervise employees </li><li>Implement Software </li><li>Implement Hardware </li><li>Tier 3 Troubleshooting and Support </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Applicable industry experience with IT Service Desk, desktop, network, and/or systems troubleshooting and support </li><li>Lead in the support and continuous improvement of highly available systems and network </li><li>Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Windows Infrastructure </li><li>Architecture of Data Center level enhancements and new technologies </li><li>Act as an escalation point for the infrastructure and Service Desk teams in troubleshooting issues </li><li>Initiate & manage support tickets with hardware and software vendors </li><li>Maintain updated network and systems documentation and diagrams as needed </li><li>Career progression development including job specific certifications, vendor training, and conferences </li><li>Microsoft DQL, Exchange, Azure, Dynamics AX, MS Office Applications, Server Virtualization, Windows Server Operating Systems, Powershell </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>IT training and certification </li><li>Programming classes </li><li>4 Year Degree - with Practical IT experience </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience Supervising a team of IT professionals </li><li>Experience with network and server operations best practices </li><li>Microsoft Servers, AD, Exchange, SQL and Services </li><li>Managing DNS, DHCP, GPO, File and Print services </li><li>Supporting, configuring, and managing Windows environment </li><li>Experience troubleshooting network/system problems and outages </li><li>ERP Administration </li><li>Proven ability to successfully navigate and perform in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task priorities in a team-oriented setting </li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently on projects and cooperatively with the rest of the team </li><li>Experience working with virtual infrastructure (i.e. Hyper-V, VMware) </li></ul> <p>Pre-employment drug screen required.</p> <p>EOE</p>
