Be a part of our team of healthcare heroes and discover why Catholic Health was named Long Island's Top Workplace</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain various logs in an accurate and legible manner </li><li>Speak and understand the English language </li><li>Properly operate a mobile phone and/or radio and communicate regularly with a dispatcher </li><li>Observe and obey all NYS Vehicle and Traffic Laws </li><li>Operate and maintain company vehicles according to current policies and procedures </li><li>Maintain the highest levels of customer service </li><li>Patient identity must be confirmed prior to transport via a patient ID bracelet </li><li>Ensure all clients are picked up and dropped off door-to-door and in a safe and appropriate manner </li><li>Secure clients within the vehicle at all times as per current procedure </li><li>Complete and submit all required paperwork </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Possession of a valid NYS Driver License </li><li>This license is to be on their person while on duty </li><li>Be properly uniformed while on duty </li><li>Possess and be able to read and understand a map and/or operate a global positioning system (GPS) device </li><li>Must be able to safely lift, carry, and balance up to 150 pounds without assistance and up to 300 pounds with assistance. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>USD $19.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.</p> <p>This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
