<p>LHH is recruiting an estate Planning & probate paralegal for a downtown law firm. No billable hour requirement.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing necessary filings and correspondence. </li><li>Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. </li><li>Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and funding of trusts. </li><li>Draft and file court documents related to estate and trust matters. </li><li>Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate estate and trust administration. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of four years of experience of being a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, preferably with high-net-worth clients. </li><li>Strong background in probate and trust administration. </li><li>Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in significant direct client contact </li></ul> <p>Would you like to learn more about the Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal position that LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for in Cleveland, Ohio?
