<p>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</p> <p>Position is open until filled</p> <p>Ameristar Casino Resort Spa offers Team Members:</p> <p>Now hiring candidates 18 or older for all positions, including gaming licensed positions (Must be 21 or older for Beverage Server, Barback, Bartender)</p> <ul> <li>Health Benefits Insurance package effective Day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability for FT team members </li><li>Discounted Casino bus tickets </li><li>Discounted RTD EcoPass </li><li>Hot meal served by the Leadership Team once a month </li><li>20%?discount for Starbucks, Ara Spa, and all food outlets </li><li>100%?Colorado Gaming License reimbursement after?90?days of employment </li><li>Hotel discounts available at all?43 PENN?properties, plus discounts on goods and services </li><li>Education reimbursement program and Annual Scholarship Program </li><li>Career development opportunities </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise Banquet operations, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown of all events in accordance with established standards. </li><li>Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef, Banquet Captain(s), Event Planning, and other F&B leaders to execute successful events and meet client expectations. </li><li>Serve as a floating manager, stepping into all F&B outlets-including casual dining, fine dining, bars, VIP, and Asian Cuisine-as business needs dictate. </li><li>Support outlet managers in overseeing daily service, staffing, guest interactions, and problem resolution. </li><li>Assist in creating efficient schedules across Banquets and other outlets as needed, and managing labor to meet both service and budgetary goals. </li><li>Participate in budget planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational forecasting for Banquets and supported outlets. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and gaming regulations across all assigned areas. </li><li>Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members, maintaining high levels of engagement and service excellence. </li><li>Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all food and beverage operations. </li></ul> <p>BRING US YOUR BEST.</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree (A.A.) in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. </li><li>Minimum two (2) years of Banquet or multi-outlet F&B supervisory experience required. </li><li>Strong understanding of banquet service styles, event logistics, and outlet operations. </li><li>Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt to multiple work environments and manage shifting priorities. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>STARTING SALARY</p> <p>$57,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience</p>
