<p>Join Our Team as a Sheeter Operator!</p> <p>Position Overview: We're looking for a dedicated Sheeter Operator to set up and operate our Marquip Sheeter. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up each job (retrieve, feed, slit/trim rolls, etc.) </li><li>Operate the machine at peak efficiency </li><li>Follow job-specific work instructions and procedures </li><li>Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed </li><li>Ensure product meets specifications </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory management </li><li>Perform other assigned duties </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Quality-conscious individual</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills</p> </li><li> <p>Mechanical aptitude</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshooting ability</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift to 50 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm), with some overtime/weekend work</p> </li><li> <p>Training for this position could be on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm), for up first 120 days of employment</p> </li><li> <p>Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits: Enjoy a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, 401(k), and pension.
