As an RF Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for soldering, assembly, and testing electronic systems, particularly focusing on RF systems at our RF Center of Excellence in Longmont, CO.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform electronics soldering, assembly, and testing. </li><li>Read and interpret schematics for RF systems. </li><li>Conduct surface mount soldering under a microscope. </li><li>Build and test multi-wire cable harnesses. </li><li>Utilize testing equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and digital multi-meters. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in soldering and using test equipment. </li><li>Experience with electronic systems. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret RF system schematics. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Certification J-001 for soldering, or IPC-6018 or IPC-6010. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role operates within a manufacturing environment. The company is expanding rapidly, having doubled its workforce to 1400 employees in a year. The Longmont, CO site is specifically focused on RF technologies and space applications, working towards supporting the Falccon Broadband Space Antenna.
