<p>Description</p> <p>The Compliance Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day execution and</p> <p>operational integrity of NAST safety compliance programs. This role ensures accurate</p> <p>tracking, timely reporting, and data quality across compliance workflows, serving as</p> <p>the operational backbone that enables program effectiveness.</p> <p>Working under the guidance of the Compliance Program Manager, you will maintain</p> <p>compliance datasets, execute monitoring processes, and provide analytical support</p> <p>that keeps our safety programs running smoothly and audit-ready. Success in this</p> <p>role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong data management skills, and</p> <p>the ability to identify and resolve operational issues before they escalate.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities</p> <p>Perform daily compliance operations including SIM intake, case tracking, and documentation according to established procedures</p> <p>Ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance datasets by performing daily updates, validation checks, and quality audits</p> <p>Generate and validate weekly/monthly compliance reports using Excel and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders</p> <p>Track compliance workflows to completion, flagging delays or missing information and following up with responsible stakeholders to ensure closure</p> <p>Detect and document data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and coordinate with data owners to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner</p> <p>Compile and validate WBR materials including compliance metrics, trend analysis, and action item status and prepare supporting documentation for leadership review</p> <p>Schedule and facilitate compliance working sessions, capture detailed meeting notes, track action items, and distribute follow-up documentation within 24 hours</p> <p>Assist training teams by providing compliance data, tracking completion metrics, and maintaining training documentation in accordance with program requirements</p> <p>Organize and maintain compliance documentation repositories ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility for internal and external audits</p> <p>Recommend process improvements based on operational observations, document efficiency opportunities, and present findings to the Compliance Program Manager for evaluation</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. </li><li>Experience using Oracle, or experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups) </li><li>Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent </li><li>Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making </li><li>Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies </li></ul> <p>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.</p> <p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
