<p>THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN - FOX VALLEY METAL TECH</p> <p>The HR Generalist supports FVMT across key human resources functions, including talent acquisition, safety, and employee engagement. This role serves as a point of contact for HR-related matters and contributes to fostering a positive work environment. The position requires the ability to follow direction while proactively offering recommendations, with equal emphasis placed on individual effectiveness and collaborative teamwork.</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting open positions through a variety of sourcing channels and utilizing temporary or contract-to-hire services as needed. </li><li>Ensure recruitment processes, policies, and standards are applied consistently across the organization. </li><li>Source, interview, and evaluate candidates; lead and coordinate the interview team throughout the selection process. </li><li>Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records. </li><li>Process and manage new-hire documentation, onboarding activities, and training. </li><li>Assist in the administration and support of safety programs and procedures. </li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant safety files and records. </li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge to support FVMT's continuous improvement and safety initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate, lead, and support employee engagement activities. </li><li>Collaborate effectively within a team environment to complete assigned HR projects. </li><li>Communicate clearly and resolve issues in a professional and constructive manner. </li><li>Organize and manage daily work activities independently to meet deadlines and priorities. </li><li>Assist with the planning and completion of HR projects as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager. </li></ul>
