MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Monitor to grow our team in Indy.</p> <p>Our heart beats for talents - be one of them!</p> <p>To strengthen our ambitious Quality Assurance Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Quality Assurance Monitor.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li>You will monitor quality, segregation, documentation, and security of printed packaging components during production operations. </li><li>You are committed to testing production samples and raw materials as required by established MM procedures. </li><li>You are ambitious about communicating with involved parties to understand expectations and resolve quality-related issues. </li><li>You will conduct random inspections of the production process using established MM procedures. </li><li>You will verify line clearance both during and after production. </li></ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>You have a High School Diploma or equivalent education, along with applicable technical training in the field of Quality Assurance. </li><li>You have already gained a minimum of one year experience in Quality Assurance Inspections. </li><li>You possess the ability to determine when a problem exists, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. </li><li>You are fluent in communication with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret applicable QA Monitor reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. </li></ul> <p>Our Offer</p> <p>We offer you a workplace in a stable environment at an international company which is an industry leader.
