We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Sr. Analyst I, FP&A. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis within a fast-paced and innovative environment.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain three-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) in an FP&A software like Mosaic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. </li><li>Budgeting & Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with strategic priorities. </li><li>KPI & SaaS Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report key SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NRR) to support business growth and performance optimization. </li><li>Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Develop scenario planning models to assess business risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership. </li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to translate business initiatives into financial outcomes. </li><li>Investor & Board Reporting: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for investors, executives, and board meetings. </li><li>Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and ensure adequate liquidity to support growth initiatives. </li><li>Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes and automation within Mosaic and other finance tech stacks to increase efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Managing team members: Coach, mentor, train, and review the work of 1 or more FP&A analysts </li></ul> <p>What you will bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. </li><li>Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis within an FP&A software. </li><li>Deep understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and key SaaS metrics. </li><li>Advanced skills in Excel and FP&A tools, with experience integrating financial data from ERP, CRM, and billing platforms. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Why Awardco:</p> <ul> <li>We have a revolutionary, client-approved product. </li><li>One of the fastest growing companies in the nation: 3x Inc. 500, 2x Deloitte Technology Fast 500, 2x Mountain West Capital Network Fast 100, 3x Fast 50 (Utah Business), and 3x UV50 Fastest Growing Companies (BusinessQ), to name just a few. </li><li>Unlimited PTO that we'll actually let you use. </li><li>Great Place to Work certified, ranked in Inc.
